Welcome to the comprehensive guide on inviting users to YOW
1. Using the Admin Portal:
- Click the “Settings” button at your screen’s top right corner.
- The Admin Portal will open. Within the portal, navigate to the “Users” section.
- Click on “Invite New Employees” to initiate the invitation process.
- Enter the email address of the employees you wish to invite.
- From the employee menu, you can also adjust roles, promoting selected employees to admin or super admin status.
2. Enhancing Security with 2-Factor Authentication:
- For increased security, access the “Privacy & Security” section within the Admin Portal.
- Select the option to enable 2-factor authentication.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Authenticator App. Scan the provided barcode to establish the connection.
3. Inviting Users – Two Approaches:
a) Users Screen Invitation:
- In the sidebar menu, navigate to the “Users” section.
- Click on “Invite Users” to initiate the invitation process.
- Provide the email addresses of the individuals you wish to invite.
b) OKRs Page Invitation:
- On the OKRs page, locate the OKRs you want to share.
- Click on the “Sharing” button associated with the OKR.
- From here, you can share the OKR with existing team members or invite new users to the platform.
