How to invite team members

Inviting Users Manual:

Welcome to the comprehensive guide on inviting users to YOW

1. Using the Admin Portal:

  1. Click the “Settings” button at your screen’s top right corner.
  2. The Admin Portal will open. Within the portal, navigate to the “Users” section.
  3. Click on “Invite New Employees” to initiate the invitation process.
  4. Enter the email address of the employees you wish to invite.
  5. From the employee menu, you can also adjust roles, promoting selected employees to admin or super admin status.

2. Enhancing Security with 2-Factor Authentication:

  1. For increased security, access the “Privacy & Security” section within the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the option to enable 2-factor authentication.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your Authenticator App. Scan the provided barcode to establish the connection.

3. Inviting Users – Two Approaches:

a) Users Screen Invitation:

  1. In the sidebar menu, navigate to the “Users” section.
  2. Click on “Invite Users” to initiate the invitation process.
  3. Provide the email addresses of the individuals you wish to invite.

b) OKRs Page Invitation:

  1. On the OKRs page, locate the OKRs you want to share.
  2. Click on the “Sharing” button associated with the OKR.
  3. From here, you can share the OKR with existing team members or invite new users to the platform.
